Children

What joy there is in teaching God’s children about His love and care for them. We believe that children are a vital part of the ministries of the church, and we are happy to offer various activities and programs for children. Here is just a taste of what we offer:

Children and Worship

Children are encouraged to be part of the weekly worship services. A children’s center is located in the back of the church, filled with books to read and color, quiet games, and more -- all to help children make it through the worship experience.

Nursery:
A Staffed nursery is available at all Sunday services. Parents' pagers are available for quick and easy parental notification.

Children’s church is offered at the 11:00 AM services for children ages 3-6. After the readings in church, the children go to a classroom and learn about the Bible in a fun, age-appropriate way.

Kids in the Divine Service is a weekly bulletin insert that families can use to talk and learn about what's going on in church every Sunday. Sometimes they will talk about a particular church day, such as Christmas or Easter, others will talk about various parts of the service or church year.

Children’s Sermons: Are offered at all Sunday Worship services to share with the children a special message of the day.
