Café Ablaze once again opens its doors for a terrific evening of contemporary Christian music, specialty coffees, assorted fruit and desserts, served up for guests and friends to enjoy a relaxing night out.

Featured entertainment for the evening will be Servants of the Shepherd, performing contemporary Christian music with stirring vocals and guitar, bass, electronic woodwind, percussion and drums. Their original songs consist of foot-tapping, hand-clapping melodies that remind you that "God is in the house"!

The opening band will be Soul Progression, a group of musicians who play for the Saturday night worship at New Hyde Park Baptist Church. The band's sound blends contemporary with traditional hymns. Soul Progression has an eclectic selection of songs ranging from reworked versions of older praise songs, rewritten hymns, modern praise songs and original songs. Musical styles include blues, rock, folk, hip hop, and jazz.
